Really happy with the service! Ashleigh gave me an appointment to pick up my shredding the next day, Chris arrived on time, confirmed what was to be collected, explained what would happen next and took the bags. My first  contact was with Tamlyn, who replied promptly with information about their services with an informative email on pricing. She was happy for me to call on the day to receive the drivers eta, again quick to reply to my email. Then the driver Mike who was cheery and helpful. Jason H our driver today understands our business timing and appears at a convenient time.  Jason phoned to let me know he had arrived, took all the confidential waste and left empty bags and ties. Absolutely fantastic company, really impressed with Barbie, who was very kind and understanding and arranged a collection very quickly. Steve who collected the bags of shredding was extremely polite, very helpful, wore a mask and socially distanced very well, parked considerately, and looked very professional. From the initial enquiry to the completion of the service everything was spot on. Barbie was a great help answering the questions I had, and Scott who did the pick-up was prompt, polite and efficient. Will happily recommend them and of course use them in the future. Beware, I called their 0845 number, cost me £4.69! Rip off, doesn't say that it costs you to phone them on their website. Also quoted me a price by phone but didn't say that Vat was extra. Had a good experience in terms of booking our first collection and the shredding process itself. People were pleasant.  Small snafu on double-charging sorted out quickly and easily.  Driver was great also.  Would have been five stars but I've just realised that I was calling an 0845 number to book them and when I needed to sort out the card problem.
