We've been working with Premier Shredding for many years now. They are always very professional and responsive, the service is excellent and they recently helped us out on very short notice!

Beware, I called their 0845 number, cost me £4.69! Rip off, doesn't say that it costs you to phone them on their website. Also quoted me a price by phone but didn't say that Vat was extra.
Makes you wonder if they are not open and honest in their dealings, what happens to the stuff you send??

This is an excellent service from booking an appointment through to having my domestic confidential waste collected and receiving a certificate of destruction. The staff are polite, friendly and very helpful and I would recommend this service to anyone who needs confidential waste destroyed.

Had a good experience in terms of booking our first collection and the shredding process itself. People were pleasant. Small snafu on double-charging sorted out quickly and easily. Driver was great also. Would have been five stars but I've just realised that I was calling an 0845 number to book them and when I needed to sort out the card problem. Why not have a normal national number at least so that it's included in minutes?
