   Brilliant! Used for a one-off shredding service for a pile of boxes causing a headache which was totally removed by Premier Shredding and will definitely use again. Response time was excellent, from first requesting a quote to collection within days.

   Premier were a delight to deal with from start to finish. Barbie took the initial call and explained the process and fee structure, sending through the quote whilst we were on the phone.
A collection date was agreed to my convenience and, as promised, Jamie appears ,collects the materials to be shredded from me and a neighbour, deals with the paperwork and is on his way. Efficient, polite and charming and a complete compliment to Barbie in the office.

   Absolutely fantastic service - this is the first time I have used a shredding service for my company. From the first moment of contacting Premier Shredding, Reading, Barbi, the customer service representative emailed me back within quarter of an hour and phoned up as a follow-up. She was clear, incredibly helpful and responded instantly. The process was so simple.

Jason the driver came at the right time and phoned 20 minutes ahead of arrival. He was very friendly, very quick and very efficient. Based on this first experience I cannot recommend Premier Shredding in Reading enough. I will use them again without hesitation.

   Premier Shredding carried out a one-off fixed price job for me, to securely dispose of 11 boxes of papers. They were efficient, arrived when they said they would and were good value.
